We are excited to host a band of good-food dreamers to potluck together, meet, greet, and learn from the 2018 Slow Food Diversity Micro-Grantees, and tour our land! Free and welcome to all. This event is put on by Slow Food West Michigan, a chapter of the global, grassroots organization determined to celebrate and preserve regional food traditions. September 8, 5-9 PM: Dinner in the Field with Flora Fermented Foods | $50
New-in-town fermentation gurus, Flora Fermented Foods bring depth, flavor, and fizz to farm-fresh cuisine. This meal will be one-of-a-kind, making the goodness of the season last a little longer. Five courses served with fermented drinks. // Tickets
October 13, 5-9 PM: Dinner in the Field with Miriam Geenen, a Pig Roast | $20
The final event in the mouth-watering line-up, we’re bringing back the Pig Roast with some of our favorite chefs: Zach Pisciotta & Miriam Geenen team-up to sear veggies and slow-roast a whole pig. Come experience the rooty goodness of fall. Bring your own chair. // Tickets
